Welcome to Amoura+! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our mobile application, Amoura+ (“App”), and any related services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Overview of Amoura Services

Amoura+ provides access to immersive audio experiences, including ASMR roleplays, relaxing audiobooks, and exclusive content. Some features of the App are available for free, while premium content requires a subscription to Amoura+ (“Subscription”).

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 17 years old to use Amoura+. By accessing or using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

3. Subscription and Billing

Amoura+ is a subscription-based service that offers access to premium content. Subscriptions are managed and billed through Apple’s App Store. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the following:

• Billing: Subscription fees will be charged to your Apple ID account at the time of purchase and automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled. The standard subscription is priced at **$3.99 USD per month**, but it may vary depending on your country’s regional pricing as determined by Apple.
• Auto-Renewal: Your subscription will renew automatically unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

• Refunds: Subscription payments are non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or at Apple’s sole discretion.

4. Content Access

Your subscription grants you access to premium content as long as it remains active. Free content is accessible to all users without a subscription. Content availability is subject to change without notice. The content in the app includes:

• In-House Content: All content produced by Amoura+.
• Purchased Rights Content: Content that Amoura+ has legally acquired from third-party providers.
• Public Domain Content: Audiobooks and other content sourced from public domain platforms like **Librivox** and **Archive.org**.

5. User Responsibilities

By using the App, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information during onboarding (e.g., gender, content preferences).
• Use the App only for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Refrain from sharing or distributing premium content with unauthorized individuals.

6. Privacy

Your use of Amoura+ is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App (including text, graphics, audio, and software) are the exclusive property of Amoura+ and its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason. You may also discontinue use of the App at any time by uninstalling it.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Amoura+ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
